The hotel is a disgrace with many issues in the room and dishonest staff, but the recent improvements like new flooring, air-conditioning units, and fridges enhance the comfort. The restriction on room keys creates inconvenience, and the focus on extracting more money is evident.
The hotel rooms were in need of an urgent upgrade, with some cleanliness issues like a flashing strobe light and leftover pubic hair in the shower corner, but they had basic amenities such as electric showers, new beds, and laminate flooring. The service was exceptional with very helpful maids and cleaners, and the location in Armutalan was convenient for exploring the area, although it could get muddy after watering. The dining experience offered delicious grilled food. However, the facilities require improvement.
